Default Living With Glocks by Boatman

Finished this book a few months ago, and really enjoyed it. Has anyone else read it?

I donno. I like my 1911's and my Sigs. But my nightstand gun is a Glock. Why... it's simple... if i get woken in the middle of the night with some bad-guy busting down my door, I want.... pick it up and start blasting. Glock gives me that. I don't have to worry about taking off the safety (although I've shot 1911's for 50 years and know how to deactivate the safety) I just want one less thing to worry about in such a situation. Now carrying when you're awake and alert is a different situation.

I have a springfield xdm, a sig sauer, a ruger gp100 and my glock. Looking to pick up an fn five seven for my bday in future. But my glock is my nightstand weapon too. High capacity, and has never jammed and given me problems with ANY type of ammo I put thru it. Love my XDm, Love my Ruger (actually my fave gun), love my sig ut if all 4 were lying around and someone breaks into my house, I know for certain the first gun Ill pick up is the glock.
